A few simple terms.

MellowPDF is a free beta tool for adding visible content and filling supported fields in PDF documents. You keep ownership of your documents.

Review the saved copy

Check that the downloaded PDF contains what you intended before sharing or submitting it. Keep your original file. This beta does not guarantee compatibility with every PDF or receiving system.

Signatures and existing content

A drawn signature is a visible image. MellowPDF does not issue signing certificates or verify identities. The tool adds text and marks; it does not remove or rewrite existing document content.

Using the tool

Use documents you are entitled to modify. The service is provided as available, without a promise of continuous availability. These notes describe the current beta and do not certify suitability for a particular administrative process.
